Question: What is a quick and easy makeup look?

Answer: Sometimes that extra ten minutes of sleep sounds better than spending an extra ten getting ready. Don’t get me wrong—I love a smokey eye as much as the next girl, but on weekday mornings when there’s an early alarm…this is my go-to routine! It’s extremely quick and easy, and anyone can make this routine their own! Oh, and the best part is…it takes less than five minutes! Check out this super quick and easy makeup look:

1. Maybelline BB Cream//Urban Decay Naked Skin

2. Maybelline Dream Lumi Concealer// Maybelline Fit Me Concealer

3. Rimmel Stay Matte Powder

4. NARS the NARSissist Cheek Palette

5. L’Oreal Mega Volume Mangia Mascara

6. Benefit Gimme Brow

7. Maybelline Baby Lips

Start off by applying a product with multiple benefits, like a BB cream or sheer foundation. This is going to even out your skin-tone, hydrate, fill in lines and many other steps all-in-one. These types of products are great as well because they are low-maintenance, meaning you can use your fingers to blend. Plus, your skin will be able to breathe (which is not the case with full coverage foundation).

Sticking with creamy products, take your concealer and draw an upside down triangle under your eyes while blending out with your fingers. I like to use a highlighting concealer because this not only hides dark circles, but it also highlights your skin—making you look more awake.

Dust your face lightly with a translucent powder, to ensure your makeup lasts all day long.

Next, apply a bronzer to the hollows of your cheeks, onto your forehead and down your neck. This will add some color and perk up your complexion. Plus, these areas are where the sun would naturally hit…making it look very natural. Next, take a peachy pink blush and apply that to the apples of your cheeks, sweeping it back toward your temples. If you have time, you could also apply a shimmery highlight to the tops of your cheekbones for an added glow.

Next, apply three coats of mascara to your lashes.

One of the most important steps in makeup application is to fill in your brows. One of my favorite products for a quickly filling in your eyebrows is the Benefit Gimme Brow, it easily fills in and shapes your brows in one swipe!

Finish the look off with a tinted lip balm or gloss!
